My method

As a Senior Investigator, I conduct my investigations with discretion, meticulousness and impartiality. I attach a great importance to the procedural equity application; each investigation is important and must respect the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved in the problematic situation. I advocate a rigorous plan of actions which includes the study of all the documents provided and the concise preparation of questionnaires for all parties and witnesses. I also ascertain that all the employer requests inserted on the term of reference (mandate) are answered.

I submit a complete report in which each allegation is treated distinctly. My report enables the employer to peruse all the essential facts necessary to guide him/her to an administrative and/or disciplinary decision.

Conclusion

As investigator, I am especially known for my expertise and integrity. Throughout each investigation, I make sure that my procedure meets the justice and equity context. Because I am well aware of the impact such an investigation may have on the employees in the work place, I grant all the necessary diligence to each of my investigations.
