CAREER SUMMARY In 2001, I completed the Harassment Investigator's course provided by a Federal Department (DND) and received the training to become a moderator both as per the Federal Treasury board policy. Subsequent to these federals courses, I have completed numerous investigations, trained new investigators and presented near 300 SHARP training lectures. I am also offering my services under the Yvon Brooks Inc. banner since September 2005; I conduct investigations according to the Québec Provincial Law on Harassment in the workplace, as applicable to all provincial ministries and business enterprises. Furthermore, I have undeniable knowledge in labour relations and supervision. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Personnel management Train,Lead and manage the professional development of harassment investigators. ADMINISTRATION Responsible for preparing, updating and distributing files, documents, schedules, administrative reports and debriefings. Also responsible for planning and conducting harassment investigations. PROFESSIONAL TRAINING Course as investigator dealing with harassment. Course as moderator. |
